Service Engineer (Machinery / Engineering / Sales Support)
Job summary
A well-established engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage work orders, provide technical support, and liaise with department managers. The ideal applicant should have a Diploma in Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience. This role offers a basic salary of $3700 - $4200 with additional bonuses and benefits.

Responsibilities
- Liaise with managers on machines and customer issues.
- Arrange work orders for job requests.
- Monitor work progress and control operations.
- Provide technical support for all product lines.
- Supervise staff on warranty reports.
Education

- Working location: West (Company Transport Provided)
- Working day: Monday to Friday
- Working hours: 8am to 5.10pm
- Liaise with the departments’ managers on machines, customers and staffs issues.
- Arrange for the opening of work order to execute jobs request.
- Control and monitor work progress.
- Raise local purpose order to cover outside work transactions.
- Provide after sales support with customers and internal departments.
- Mobilize pool of servicemen for optimum utilization.
- Arrange and organize works to sub-contractors.
- Assist in trouble‑shooting problems as and when required.
- Close work orders and invoice to customer as soon as possible.
- Provide technical support for all the products line.
- Supervise and guide staff on warranty SIM REPORTS.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Possess minimum Diploma in Engineering course with minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
