About the Role

Join our team at Changi Airport, a world-class aviation hub, as a Mechanical Technical Officer specializing in Fire Protection Systems. This role is critical in ensuring the safety, reliability, and compliance of fire protection systems within a high-security environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of supervisors and technicians responsible for mechanical and fire protection systems.
• Plan, schedule, and execute monthly preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance activities in compliance with contractual and safety standards.
• Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of fire protection systems, including fire sprinklers, dry risers, and fire alarm systems.
• Handle procurement of services and materials, and liaise with external contractors when required.
• Attend client meetings and internal briefings, providing updates on work progress, technical issues, and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure accurate documentation of maintenance records, service reports, and inspection checklists in line with ENGIE and client quality policies.
• Track and ensure service delivery meets or exceeds contractual KPIs.
• Support additional projects, assignments, and repair work as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.

• Strong technical knowledge in fire alarm and fire protection systems maintenance.
• Familiarity with Fireworks / EST3 systems is a plus.
