Job description
  • Receive customers and address any customer concerns at a high level.
  • Determine whether technical issues can be resolved over the phone and promptly report the issues to the workshop supervisor and service center manager.
  • Communicate with customers about the estimated service completion time, maintain regular updates of information, follow up on each owner's issues, and keep them informed of the vehicle's repair status at all times.
  • Provide advice on accident repair losses reported by customers and guide them in reporting.
  • Responsible for collecting documents, assessing losses, and settling claims in insurance claims cases, and ensuring that insurance claims are paid within the prescribed accounting period.
  • Merimen online e-claims submission, monitoring and follow up.
  • Accurately record problems and data in the system, convert customer concerns into comprehensive and detailed technical personnel repair orders, and pay attention to the accuracy of details.
  • Operate the processing process in the system, maintain and record daily work.
  • Assign repair orders, check in and out substitute vehicles.
  • Before delivery, coordinate vehicle related issues, delivery or self-pickup times to ensure all details are accurate.
  • Follow up on customer service results to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • During the work process, it is necessary to strictly abide by safety production regulations and operating procedures, obey management, correctly wear and use labor protection equipment, and prevent safety production accidents.
  • Carefully participate in safety production education and training and master the necessary safety production knowledge.
  • Immediately report any potential accidents or other unsafe factors to management personnel.
  • Other tasks as assigned by management.
Job requirements
  • Understand the methods, techniques, components, tools, and materials for repairing and maintaining cars.
  • Proficient in mastering car insurance knowledge and practical skills in loss assessment and compensation.
  • Experience in dealer management systems and Office usage.
  • Hold a valid driving license.
  • Experience in automotive after-sales service is an added advantage.
