Job summary

Responsibilities

• Data entry to process withdrawal and standing order forms.
• Process and monitor refund forms from approved institutions.
• Process termination forms from approved institutions/PSEA members.
• Manage PSEA generic email and answer institution’s queries.
• Attend to public queries as assigned by Senior Executive.
• Ensure PSEA documents are properly filed.
• Any other duties assigned by Unit Executives/ Head.

Job Scope

1. Data entry to process the withdrawal and standing order (SO) forms submitted by Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) members
2. Process and monitor the refund forms from approved institutions
3. Process the termination forms from approved institutions/PSEA members
4. Process the sending of letters to PSEA members where applicable.
5. To manage PSEA generic email and answer institution’s queries
6. Attend to public queries as assigned by Senior Executive (PSEA);
7. Ensure PSEA documents are properly filed and produced when required.
8. Any other duties assigned by Unit Executives/ Head

Requirements

Preferably with good interpersonal skills and experienced in similar duties

Working hours

Monday to Thursday, 8:30am-6pm & Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
