Job summary
A leading ed-tech company in Singapore is seeking a community manager to drive customer acquisition and engagement. The role involves onboarding new parents, recommending suitable coding programs, and maintaining strong relationships within the Kodecoon community. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic work environment. A passion for teaching and experience in education is beneficial. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the digital skills of the next generation.
Qualifications
- Fluent in spoken and written English; fluency in Mother Tongue is a plus.
- Driven, fast learner, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous and independent, capable of managing multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new parents to Kodecoon’s community.
- Share Kodecoon’s vision and recommend coding programs.
- Support customer success initiatives and community events.
- Maintain relationships with parents and build Kodecoon community.
