The Role

We’re looking for a driven, curious, and down‑to‑earth Sales Account Manager to join our growing team, supporting schools in Singapore and SEA Region.

This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career (or ready to take the next step) who wants to grow into a true sales professional—while working in an industry that genuinely improves lives. You don’t need to be a stereotypical “hard seller.” We value authenticity, empathy, and long‑term relationship building.

You’ll work closely with schools, educators, and internal teams to help schools adopt KooBits successfully and see real value from our platform. Regional travel is part of the role, so you should be comfortable and excited about engaging with schools across the region.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Build and manage strong relationships with a portfolio of school accounts in Singapore and SEA Region
  • Understand each school’s needs and recommend solutions that truly add value
  • Present and communicate KooBits’ products clearly and confidently via email, calls, and meetings
  • Respond promptly to enquiries, trial requests, and sales leads from schools
  • Guide schools from first contact through trial and successful adoption
  • Collaborate with teammates to deliver product training and ongoing support
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new leads
  • Gather feedback from schools to help improve our products and sales approach
  • Stay informed about education and EdTech trends in the region
  • Represent KooBits at education events and community engagements
