About the Role
We are looking for a driven and personable Sales Executive to champion our education and training programmes. In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our reach, building meaningful client relationships, and helping individuals and organisations grow through learning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Identify target markets, customer segments, and new growth opportunities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
- Plan and manage sales activities including lead generation, outreach, and client meetings
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to support business decisions
2. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through online research, networking, referrals, and industry events
- Engage potential clients through calls and emails to introduce our education offerings
- Understand client needs, interests, and budgets to recommend suitable solutions
- Build momentum through timely follow-ups and relationship nurturing
3. Sales Presentations & Consultations
- Deliver compelling presentations that highlight the value of our programmes
- Tailor proposals and solutions to meet individual and corporate learning needs
- Confidently address enquiries, objections, and concerns to guide customers towards informed decisions
4. Relationship Building & Account Management
- Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns
- Deliver excellent customer experience by responding promptly and professionally
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across our programme portfolio
5. Sales Reporting & Market Insights
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Track performance through regular reporting and analysis
- Stay updated on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to continuously refine sales approaches
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Proven sales experience, ideally within the education or training sector
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working towards targets
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to travel and commit to weekend engagements when required
