Job Summary

Orita Sinclair College is seeking a commercially driven Deputy Manager/Manager, Sales & Marketing to play a central role in driving student recruitment and shaping the growth of the school. This is a hands‑on leadership position responsible for delivering enrolment targets, strengthening admissions performance, and executing impactful recruitment and marketing initiatives across Singapore and selected overseas markets. Working closely with senior leadership, the role offers the opportunity to build, refine, and scale a high‑performing sales and marketing function within a regulated private education environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver annual student recruitment targets across short‑term training, Pathway, Diploma, and Degree programmes to support institutional growth
  • Manage the admissions and marketing functions by tracking recruitment pipelines and improving conversion rates to optimize enrolment outcomes
  • Lead and coach a multidisciplinary team including programme advisory, sales/marketing, and design support to enhance team performance and collaboration
  • Execute overseas recruitment activities and manage relationships with education agents to expand the school’s presence in key markets
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns by monitoring cost per enrolment and return on investment (ROI) to ensure effective budget utilization
  • Ensure all recruitment and marketing practices comply with EduTrust and relevant regulatory requirements to maintain institutional accreditation and standards
Required competencies and certifications
  • Proven ability to meet enrolment or revenue targets through strategic sales and marketing initiatives
  • Experience managing small teams and external partners to achieve recruitment objectives
  • Exposure to overseas recruitment markets, preferably China and/or Southeast Asia, to support international student acquisition
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • 5–8 years’ experience in education sales, marketing, or student recruitment demonstrating progressive responsibility
  • Strong organisational and execution skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment
Compensation
  • Base salary: SGD 4,800 – 6,500 per month + performance incentives
  • Performance‑based incentives linked to recruitment KPIs
