Position: Management Associate

We are looking for driven, adaptable, and people‑oriented individuals to join the Think Teach Group as Management Associates. This role is designed for high‑potential candidates who want hands‑on exposure across teaching, operations, client experience, and content — and who aspire to grow into leadership roles within the group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support teaching and class management across Primary and/or Secondary levels (subject alignment based on background)
  • Prepare lesson materials, curriculum content, and academic resources
  • Assist in the creation of teaching‑related content and videos for marketing and parent education
  • Communicate with parents and provide clear, timely feedback on student progress
  • Handle client enquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly
  • Manage student and parent accounts, records, and basic reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams (academic, sales, marketing, operations) to enhance the overall client experience
  • Support group‑level initiatives and cross‑brand projects where required
Training & Professional Development

As a Management Associate, you will undergo structured training across:

  • Academic content mastery and teaching frameworks
  • Classroom and student management strategies

  • Exposure to group operations, marketing, and education strategy

Requirements
  • A good Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written)
  • 1–3 years of experience in education, client servicing, or related roles preferred

  • Comfortable working on weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
