Job Description

Reporting to the Finance Director, the Financial Controller will be responsible for the following duties but are not limited to:

• Ability to rapidly expand and scale systems and procedures in a growth environment.
• Accounting Systems and Records, such as upgrade of Macola computer system implementation (if any).
• Financial Reporting and Forecasts, all requirements and deadlines.
• Operational Support e.g. pricing, product costing, investment justifications, quarterly operations and annual plan reviews, start-up status reporting, and general financial analyses.
• Non-Recurring and Capital Expenditure budgeting, reporting and justification.
• Cash Management, Banking and Treasury systems and processes.
• Economic Development Board (EDB) applications, reporting, and communications.
• Audit Planning and Coordination, with statutory US and Singapore compliance
• Tax Planning and Compliance with coordination with US and Singapore tax advisors
• Legal Liaison and Administration, including Board of Director records, contracts administration, human resources administration, leases and other facilities documentation.
• Group Policies and Procedures implementation.

Requirement

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience, ideally with at least 2 years in a managerial or controllership role.
