Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading or supporting at least one successful IPO.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, capital markets and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial planning, analysis and reporting functions.
• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and investment banks.
• Develop and implement corporate governance and risk management systems.
• Work closely with the CEO and Board of Directors on strategies.
• Oversee investor relations and ensure transparent communication.
• Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
