Job summary
A leading sports academy in Singapore is seeking a Head / Senior Coach for its Multi-Sport Academy. The successful candidate will design and deliver a high-performance pathway for young athletes, develop strength and conditioning programs, and provide guidance for their transitions into specialised sports. Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience in sports coaching and strong leadership skills. This role emphasizes the holistic development of student-athletes, balancing sports with academic growth.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in high performance sports coaching for elite and/or developmental youth athletes.
- Professional knowledge and/or certification in more than one sport.
- Strong grasp of sports science and long-term athlete development model for youth sport.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver a multi-sport high-performance pathway.
- Develop and execute strength and conditioning programme.
- Support athletes' transition into suitable specialised sport.
