Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Junior Trainer to design and deliver impactful training programs that support organizational growth.

Job Responsibilities
  • Execute and evaluate training programs for new hires (excluding chiropractors), including conducting new-hire orientation, classroom bootcamp training, virtual training, on-the-job training, and participating in weekly team trainings/meetings.
  • Continuously research and apply new training methodologies to enhance learning effectiveness.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date training records for all employees.
  • Research and integrate AI tools and technologies (e.g., chatbots, adaptive learning platforms, content personalization) into training delivery and assessment.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments and stakeholders to align training programs with organizational goals and operational needs.
  • Perform any other duties or ad hoc assignments as required by the management.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma and above in any discipline.
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience as a trainer in healthcare or service-oriented industry.
  • Require travelling to different clinics on a weekly basis as and when required for on-job-training.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of various teaching methods and approaches.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work within deadlines.
  • Adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
