Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience in sports coaching and strong leadership skills. This role emphasizes the holistic development of student-athletes, balancing sports with academic growth.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in high performance sports coaching for elite and/or developmental youth athletes.
• Professional knowledge and/or certification in more than one sport.
• Strong grasp of sports science and long-term athlete development model for youth sport.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a multi-sport high-performance pathway.
• Develop and execute strength and conditioning programme.
• Support athletes' transition into suitable specialised sport.
