SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (M&E)
Job summary
A construction management firm based in Singapore is seeking an experienced engineer to oversee technical and engineering matters on-site. Responsibilities include reviewing project specifications, performing quality checks, and liaising with clients and subcontractors. The ideal candidate should possess a relevant diploma or degree and at least two years of experience in a similar role, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD. Experience with HDB BTO projects is preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the same position.
- Able to use Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
- Experience in HDB BTO Project will be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Review project specifications and technical clarifications.
- Responsible for on-site technical & engineering matters and quality checks.
- Perform site supervision and co-ordination of M&E works.
- Review design M&E drawings and identify discrepancies.
- Ensure all materials used are as per specifications.
- Preparation of reports as required.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and authorities.

Requirements:
- Relevant Diploma, Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the same position
- Able to use Microsoft Project, AutoCAD,
- Experience in HDB BTO Project will be preferred
