Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking a BIM Specialist to oversee the development and management of VDC methodologies. The ideal candidate will report to the Project Manager and must have a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in relevant engineering fields, along with at least 5 years of experience in BIM-related work. Proficiency in BIM, Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and MS Office is essential for this role.

• Report directly to the Project Manager & BIM Manager.
• Responsible for the development, implementation and management of VEP, VDC methodologies.

• Report directly to the Project Manager & BIM Manager
• Responsible for the development, implementation and management of VEP, VDC methodologies, processes and standards of design works
• Coordinate with other Consultants and Contractor on VDC
• Oversee appropriate data flow internally and externally before release or exchange of model with other parties
• Participate in coordination meetings and 3D review sessions
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture/Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in BIM related work in Construction industry
• Must be proficient in BIM, Revit MEP(Architecture, MEP, Structure), Auto Cad, Revit & MS Office
