Responsibilities
- The role requires strong partnership with Transaction Banking businesses and Risk partners to gain in-depth understanding of the business strategies and objectives to develop and align the roadmap and priorities with business goals to meet requirement needs. Understanding Cash Products and Commercial and Wholesale Payments business domain and technical integration is critical.
- Partner with product managers, operations, technology, and risk teams to identify, assess, and remediate control gaps across digital channel products.
- Track and manage risk remediation initiatives, ensuring timely closure and effective controls implementation.
- Support regulatory and audit requirements by documenting processes, risks, and mitigating actions.
- Define, implement, and monitor data quality frameworks for digital channels, including transaction
- Execute on the product roadmap deliverables, analysing features and solution design, ensuring alignment with business goals and ensure all the product releases are managed as per the expectations
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and test cases for risk and data initiatives.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of system changes related to risk remediation and data improvements.
- Collaborate with product owners, technology partners, compliance, risk, and operations teams.
- Execute through the entire product development lifecycle, from Inception to Build and Test, Deployment Activities (Pre-and-Post) and go-live (post go-live issue resolution, if any, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- Product Analyst to support PO in reviews on Solution Intent and mapping specification documents with business stakeholders and gets sign off. Follow through priorities for bugs and stories into development stage based on requirement prioritization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Technology, or related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of transaction banking or digital experience in financial or other transaction-oriented industry.
- 4–7 years’ experience in Transaction Banking, Digital Channels, or related product/business analysis roles.
- Strong understanding of transaction banking products (payments, collections, liquidity, trade) and digital channels.
- Demonstrated experience in risk remediation, audit support, or regulatory compliance.
- Hands‑on experience with data quality frameworks, root cause analysis, and remediation.
- Proficiency in business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and UAT.
- Have working experience in Channels or Payments life cycle. Good Understanding of SWIFT MT and MX formats (PAIN, CAMT, PACS)
- Strong Stakeholder Management
- Previous project, product management and/or implementation experience in Digital Channels and /or Cash Management experience with understanding of ISO20022 capabilities.
- Competency in market analysis, sales and revenue forecasting, project planning and management, promotion development, and executing general product strategies.
- Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau/Power BI (for data analysis & reporting) is an advantage.
