APAC BCM Process Engineer — Continuous Improvement
Job summary
A global logistics provider is seeking a Process Engineer to join their Business Change Management team in Singapore. This role focuses on driving operational excellence, creating process standardization, and supporting business growth through effective solutions and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates will hold a relevant engineering degree and possess strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, alongside experience with automation technologies and process design.
Qualifications
- Experience in process or logistic engineering within contract logistics or supply chain environments.
- Strong proficiency with automation technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional process designs and SOPs.
Responsibilities
- Capture and translate business and customer requirements into functional specifications.
- Oversee end-to-end solution design including automation requirements.
- Conduct engineering studies and capacity calculations to validate solution feasibility.
