Job description
Responsibilities
  • Partner with Regional HR Head and Business Leaders to plan and implement HR strategies, strengthen organizational culture, drive change management, and position the organization as an Employer of Choice.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for professional staff, fixed-term employees, and trainees; assess manpower gaps, determine cost‑effective sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, and finalize hiring decisions in collaboration with regional team.
  • Implement talent management initiatives, succession planning, and innovative assessment and selection tools to retain high‑potential and high‑calibre talent while addressing capability gaps.
  • Design and execute engagement, coaching, HR Connect, reward & recognition, and grievance management initiatives; support line managers in performance assessments and constructive feedback.
  • Drive organizational development initiatives, conduct L&D needs analysis, co‑own training implementation, and manage employee satisfaction surveys with follow‑through on improvement actions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, proactively addressing concerns, counselling employees, and ensuring a motivated, performance‑driven workforce.
  • Build and manage a high‑performing HR team through hiring, coaching, performance evaluation, training, delegation, and career development planning.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, statutory regulations, audit requirements, and environmental health & safety guidelines, while promoting responsible use of resources.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in HR Management or equivalent
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in a HR Business Partner role
  • Strong working knowledge of MOM regulations with sound judgment and decision‑making skills
