The Sales Manager is responsible for leading Morrow Health's membership sales function – driving revenue growth, building a high‑performance sales team, and designing the full sales playbook and operational SOPs. This role is highly results‑driven and requires hands‑on leadership in hiring, training, coaching, and optimising sales performance.
