A leading procurement firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry to manage building material procurement. The role involves coordinating purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels, and liaising with vendors. Proficiency in Microsoft applications is essential. Coordinate purchase orders from project sites and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Generate and process purchase orders in line with project requirements and company procedures.
Monitor inventory levels and prepare regular inventory reports for management review.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers to track orders, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards.
Support the Assistant Manager, Purchasing, in procurement activities and vendor management.
Ensure compliance with purchasing policies, timelines, and cost control measures.
