Job Scope
- Community Building & Engagement: Support the growth of a Product Management community through initiatives, content creation, and digital platforms that promote knowledge-sharing and professional development
- Event Planning & Execution: Coordinate and execute workshops, networking sessions, training programmes, and forums, including logistics management, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication
- Tracking & Administration: Manage administrative tasks, monitor engagement metrics, track budgets, prepare reports, and ensure smooth delivery of programmes
- Content & Communications: Develop newsletters, event materials, and internal communications; collaborate with community members to identify relevant topics and learning opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in community management, event coordination, communications, or programme management
- Interest in or familiarity with product management principles and practices
- Proven experience in planning and executing events, workshops, or training sessions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Proficient in project management and communication tools
- Keen interest in product management trends and community development initiatives
