Job description

We are seeking a motivated Product Manager with strong experience in product ownership and Agile methodologies. You will bridge business stakeholders and development teams to deliver high-quality products, acting as a Product Owner within Agile teams to drive development, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with customer needs.

• Working Hours: Mon–Fri
• Location: Central
• Salary: Up to $10k (basic) + AWS

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership

• Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog in line with business goals.
• Act as the main point of contact for product decisions and clarifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Refine and evolve the product vision based on market trends and feedback.

Agile & Delivery

• Serve as Product Owner, working with Scrum Masters and developers to ensure smooth execution.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews.
• Monitor progress, identify improvements, and optimize delivery speed and quality.

Collaboration & Requirements

• Bridge communication between business and technical stakeholders.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into clear user stories and specifications.
• Conduct UAT with stakeholders to validate product functionality.

User-Centric Approach

• Champion user experience and product quality.
• Partner with UX/UI designers to ensure solutions meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile tools.
• Startup experience and CSPO/PSPO certification are advantages.
