A leading HR consulting firm is looking for a Sales Support Executive in Singapore to manage customer inquiries, assist in sales strategies, and maintain customer databases. The ideal candidate will have a diploma/degree in Engineering or Business, 2 years of sales experience in the control valve industry, and strong communication skills. - Handle customer inquiries and provide timely information.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

- Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma / degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Possess Certificates in Mechanical, Marine, Instrumentations or Chemical
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales in the control valve industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
