Job Summary
  • Location: Tampines Industrial Crescent
  • Salary: Basic up to $6000 + AWS
  • Working Hours: 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
  • CNC Programming: Develop, verify, and optimize 3+2 and 5-axis CNC programs using Siemens NX or Mastercam; generate precise toolpaths and perform post-processing for multiple CNC controllers.
  • Engineering & GD&T Interpretation: Read and interpret engineering drawings, 3D CAD models, and GD&T specifications; translate design intent into machining operations while accounting for surface treatments.
  • Process Planning & Documentation: Define machining process routes, select tools/fixtures, prepare process cards and setup sheets, and support FAI and program prove‑outs.
  • Fixture Design & Optimization: Design and validate jigs and fixtures to ensure part stability, accuracy, and repeatability.
  • Process Improvement & Troubleshooting: Optimize machining efficiency, standardize CAM templates, monitor tool wear, and troubleshoot machining deviations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with design, machining, and production teams to ensure manufacturability, high-quality output, and on‑time delivery; provide DFM feedback.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Precision Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of hands‑on CAM programming experience (5-axis preferred).
  • Proficiency in Siemens NX CAM or Mastercam.
