Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled BIM Manager / Coordinator to lead Building Information Modeling processes on large-scale projects. You'll oversee BIM implementation, manage deliverables, and collaborate with clients and contractors to ensure compliance. The ideal candidate has a degree in Engineering, strong BIM knowledge, and at least 5 years of experience in CAD and 3D model implementation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CAD and 3D model implementation within the construction industry.
• Proven experience in BIM coordination or management on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate BIM implementation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage BIM deliverables.
• Collaborate with clients and contractors to ensure BIM compliance.
