• Processing client's PO and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma / degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Possess Certificates in Mechanical, Marine, Instrumentations or Chemical
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales in the control valve industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
