Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the spare parts team for delivery management.
  • Update SAP system with delivery schedules.
  • Process spare parts orders and manage dispatches.
  • Verify import/export documentation accuracy.
  • Implement cost-saving transportation strategies.
  • Report shipment delays to the Spare Parts Manager.
  • Assist with weekly receipt of goods.
  • Prepare outbound shipments based on availability.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment.

  • Position Title: Spare Parts Executive / Supply Chain Operations Executive
  • Working Location: Jurong East
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm
  • Salary Package: Up to $4000 + $100 (Transport allowance) + AWS
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the spare parts team to monitor and manage both inbound and outbound delivery schedules.
  • Regularly update the SAP system with expected times of arrival and departure.
  • Process daily internal spare parts orders and manage timely dispatches.
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of import/export documentation and maintain precise records in SAP.
  • Implement cost-saving strategies for transportation and shipping services.
  • Promptly report any shipment delays or discrepancies to the Spare Parts Manager.
  • Assist the Store Team with the weekly receipt of goods, including unloading, checking, labeling, and storing.
  • Prepare and prioritize outbound shipments according to availability and executive approvals.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure quality, proper storage, and adequate safety stock levels.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Operate and maintain warehouse equipment and supplies.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Superior.
  • Any other task as assigned by the Superior.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or closely related field.
  • 3-5 years in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SAP and inventory management systems.
