Job summary
A staffing and recruitment agency is seeking a Cabling Technician in Singapore. The role involves installing, repairing, and troubleshooting cable systems, including voice, data, and fiber optics. Candidates should have a NITEC in a relevant field and a Class 3 driving license. This position offers a salary range of $2500 to $3500, with a working schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm or 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Qualifications
- NITEC or equivalent work-related experience required.
- Class 3 driving license is needed.
Responsibilities
- Install and repair cable systems including voice, data, and fiber optics.
- Perform termination and testing of new cabling.
- Troubleshoot cabling system issues.

Salary Range: $ 2500 - $ 3500
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8am - 5pm / 8.30am - 5.30pm
Working Location: Mandai Estate (Yew Tee MRT)
- Install, repair, test & commission cable systems (voice / data / fibre optics)
- Performs termination and testing of new cabling
- Prepare / Install cable pathways & supports
- Assist in the preparation of tools & materials used for daily work assignments
- Troubleshoot cabling system issues & perform repairs & maintenance
- Assist co-workers with installation & routine maintenance of structured cabling systems
- Work closely with client to manage schedule operations of assigned duties
- NITEC (Electrical Engineering / Electrical Technology / Electronic / IT ) or work- related experience
- Class 3 driving license
