Compliance Executive (6-Month Contract)

Are you a fresh graduate or junior professional looking to grow your career in compliance within a leading financial services environment? Our client, a well-established insurance company, is seeking a Compliance Executive for a 6-month contract role. This is an excellent opportunity to gain regional exposure, develop practical compliance skills, and work alongside experienced control function teams.

About the Role

You will support the development, implementation, and ongoing management of compliance programs across the organisation. This role offers hands‑on learning across key areas such as regulatory assessments, risk reporting, testing & monitoring, and cross‑functional process improvements.

What You Will Do

You will assist the compliance team with:

  • Compliance Program Support
    Help drive the development of policies and processes that align with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

  • Regulatory Assessment
    Work with country compliance leads to review new regulations, assess their impact, and support documentation and reporting.

  • Risk Assessment & Reporting
    Support compliance risk reviews and help prepare reports for senior leadership.

  • Testing & Monitoring Activities
    Assist with periodic compliance testing across business units and help track remediation actions.

  • Compliance Operations
    Contribute to ongoing efforts in AML, sanctions, data privacy, conflicts of interest, outsourcing, ethics, and more—working closely with teams such as Risk and Legal.

  • Regional Projects & Process Harmonisation
    Participate in regional alignment initiatives and cross‑functional projects, helping streamline and standardise compliance processes.
