This position will play a strategic thought leadership role and lead the Compensation and Benefits (C&B) team where you will be responsible for the Group's rewards programs (across 13 markets including listed REITs and subsidiary companies) by designing, developing and implementing compensation and benefit programs in accordance with Company philosophy, statutory requirements and regulations, and to ensure competitiveness and deliver HR solutions to support the business objectives.
