Job summary

A recruitment company in Singapore is looking for a finance professional to handle group consolidation and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accountancy or ACCA, at least 4-5 years of related experience, and familiarity with tax filing. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports and ensuring subsidiary accounts are closed promptly. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Job description

Highlights:

Job Responsibility:

• Prepare group consolidation, financial reporting and financial analysis
• Group consol for about 18 subgroup and entities, in total we have about 80+ entities.
• Group consol via excel.
• Assists in preparation of consolidated monthly financial reports, periodic results SGX announcement and annual statutory accounts.
• Oversee the accounts of subsidiaries companies within the Group to ensure timely monthly closing and reporting.
• Statistics / survey preparation and submission.
• Ability to perform corporate tax computation / tax reporting and support and ensure compliance with all tax filing requirement.
• Support and assist in Group’s annual budget and quarterly rolling forecast.
• Assist the finance team in ad-hoc tasks as may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 - 5 years of relevant experience in handling Group consolidated accounts.
• Preferably with previous audit experience.
• Working knowledge in tax filing.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, analytical, meticulous and strong team player.
• Able to withstand stress to meet tight deadlines.
