We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented E-Commerce Marketing Executive to join our team. This role plays a key part in driving online sales performance across major e-commerce marketplaces and ensuring smooth logistics and fulfilment operations. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage daily e-commerce operations independently.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Marketplace Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations across e-commerce marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, etc.), including product listings, pricing updates, promotions, and campaign submissions.
- Plan and execute marketplace marketing strategies to improve traffic, conversion, and overall sales performance.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers to maximise exposure during mega campaigns, flash sales, and exclusive deals.
- Manage and maintain online store content across CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
Logistics & Order Fulfilment
- Track inbound POs and shipments with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time stock arrival and unit reconciliation.
- Liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and transport partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to inbound/outbound processes, shipping delays, returns, and cancellations.
- Manage invoice validation, cost checks, and operational tracking to ensure accuracy and transparency.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyse marketplace performance reports and generate insights to improve growth and customer engagement.
- Monitor product performance, pricing competitiveness, and customer feedback to recommend optimisation strategies.
- Prepare regular performance reports for management, covering sales trends, operational metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Diploma in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations.
- Hands‑on experience managing Shopee, Lazada, or other marketplace platforms is a must.
- Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify) is required.
- Prior experience working with 3PLs and managing international shipments is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in e-commerce tools and data interpretation.
- Detail‑oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
