Descripción de la vacante
A hospitality management company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual to assist the Residence Manager. Responsibilities include ensuring excellent customer service, handling guest complaints, and maintaining good guest relations. Ideal candidates should have O-Level or equivalent qualifications and a positive attitude. Experience in hospitality is preferred. The role requires rotational shifts and focuses on effective communication and courteous interactions.
Formación
- Willingness to perform rotating shifts.
- Experience in hospitality is advantageous.
- Knowledge of HMS will be beneficial.
Responsabilidades
- Work closely with the Residence Manager.
- Respond efficiently to guests’ complaints and enquiries.
- Handle cashiering functions and adhere to policies.
