Job Title: Recruitment & Business Development Consultant

Job Location: Downtown Tanjong Pagar, Central Region

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $2,600 - $3,600

Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm

The Role:

Managing the entire recruitment process, from initial phone screening to contract negotiations

Creating business strategies to meet client needs and secure sales

Identifying and generating potential leads

Conducting post-recruitment follow-ups with clients and candidates

Delivering excellent customer service and establishing strong rapport with clients and candidates

What are we looking for?
