- Provide timely and effective support in addressing customer inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with backend technical specialists to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
- Able to speak in both English and Chinese to liaise with clients and technical specialist.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage.
- Junior Level: SGD $2,700 – $3,000
- With Relevant Experience: SGD $3,000 – $3,500
