• Support the payment process for customers when needed.
• Communicate with both healthcare professionals and patients to discuss and clarify treatment plans.
• Manage day-to-day clinic operations and delegate responsibilities to staff.
• Carry out various administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Note

• Position is on 5.5 days with the rest day on weekdays
