Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible in ensuring monthly personal sales targets are met.
• Keep documentation and maintain customers’ records.
• Deliver a variety of facial/ massage services in a safe and comfortable manner.
• Meet sales goals/ targets while offering personalized customer service and maintaining long‑lasting relationships with customers.
• Acknowledge and respond to customers’ enquiries, needs and expectations.
• Suggest and promote retail products and additional services.
• Uphold hygiene and follow health and hygiene regulations.
• Ensure that all purchased services/ products are not under cost.
• Ensure the safety of all customers during treatment. (i.e. refrain from burning/ injure customers)
• Ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by Management.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Preferably have certifications from CIBTAC, ITEC, ITE, WSQ, RP or Singapore College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
• Able to commit to working on weekends/public holidays.

工作要求

• 最好有CIBTAC、CIDESCO、ITE、WSQ、RP或新加坡中医学院的证书
