Customer Service Executive (Shipping Agency)
Job summary
A logistics company in Singapore is looking for a motivated Customer Service Executive to ensure smooth shipment operations while delivering excellent service. You will handle customer inquiries, coordinate logistics activities, and resolve service issues. Candidates should have 2–3 years of related experience, knowledge of shipping processes, and strong communication skills. The role offers a salary range of $3,500 - $4,500 depending on experience.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding customer service.
- Knowledge of shipping documentation, Incoterms, and customs processes.
- Professional and cooperative in handling customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on shipments.
- Coordinate bookings, shipping documentation, and liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Resolve service issues and maintain accurate records of shipments.

- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on shipments.
- Coordinate bookings, shipping documentation, and liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Resolve service issues and maintain accurate records of shipments.
- Support colleagues and contribute to smooth daily operations.
- 2–3 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding customer service.
- Knowledge of shipping documentation, Incoterms, and customs processes.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; diploma or degree preferred.
- Professional and cooperative in handling customer interactions and team support.
