A local food and beverage establishment in Singapore is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to manage daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure high customer service standards. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in supervisory roles, strong leadership skills, and a proactive attitude. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, quality control, and operational reporting. This role demands someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and is flexible with work hours.
SGD $5,000.00 per month

Oversee and manage daily F&B outlet operations.
Ensure the outlet is clean, organized, and prepared for service.
Perform opening and closing procedures.
Supervise service crew and kitchen team during shifts.
Arrange staff schedules and allocate tasks as needed.
Train new staff in service standards, hygiene, and safety.
Maintain high customer service standards.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
Ensure a pleasant and welcoming dining environment.
Monitor food quality, safety, and presentation.
Ensure compliance with SFA hygiene standards.
Assist with inventory checks and report operational issues.
Oversee cashier operations and ensure accuracy of daily sales.
Support stock-taking, ordering, and communication with suppliers.
Prepare simple operational reports when required.
Motivate and guide team members towards excellent service.
Coordinate between kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth workflow.
Assist management in implementing new policies and procedures.
At least 1–2 years of experience in F&B or supervisory roles.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of F&B operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
Good teamwork and positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Physically fit to handle operational tasks.
Working hours: Typically 10–12 hours depending on manpower.
