Position: F&B Supervisor
Salary Range

SGD $5,000.00 per month
(Depending on experience and performance)

Job Description & Responsibilities
1. Daily Operations
  • Oversee and manage daily F&B outlet operations.

  • Ensure the outlet is clean, organized, and prepared for service.

  • Perform opening and closing procedures.

2. Staff Supervision
  • Supervise service crew and kitchen team during shifts.

  • Arrange staff schedules and allocate tasks as needed.

  • Train new staff in service standards, hygiene, and safety.

3. Customer Service
  • Maintain high customer service standards.

  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.

  • Ensure a pleasant and welcoming dining environment.

4. Quality Control
  • Monitor food quality, safety, and presentation.

  • Ensure compliance with SFA hygiene standards.

  • Assist with inventory checks and report operational issues.

5. Cashier & Administrative Duties
  • Oversee cashier operations and ensure accuracy of daily sales.

  • Support stock-taking, ordering, and communication with suppliers.

  • Prepare simple operational reports when required.

6. Teamwork & Leadership
  • Motivate and guide team members towards excellent service.

  • Coordinate between kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Assist management in implementing new policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
Experience & Skills
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in F&B or supervisory roles.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of F&B operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
