Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Salary: $3,500 - $4,500 (depends on experience)

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Executive to join our logistics team and ensure smooth shipment operations while providing excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on shipments.
  • Coordinate bookings, shipping documentation, and liaise with internal teams and external partners.

  • Support colleagues and contribute to smooth daily operations.
Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office; diploma or degree preferred.
