As part of our talent development program, we are seeking passionate and ambitious individuals to join us as Management Trainees—future leaders of our travel business.

Position Overview

The Management Trainee (Travel Agency) program is designed to groom fresh graduates or early-career professionals into well-rounded travel industry leaders. During the 12–18 month rotation program, trainees will gain hands‑on exposure across multiple business functions including Product Planning, Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Customer Experience. Upon successful completion, high‑performing trainees will be considered for key managerial roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Business Rotation & Learning

• Rotate across departments such as Tour Operations, Product Development, Sales & Marketing, E‑commerce, and Customer Service.
• Participate in daily operational tasks including itinerary planning, supplier negotiation, group tour coordination, and post‑tour reporting.

Sales & Marketing

• Support sales teams during fairs (e.g., NATAS) and in‑house promotions.
• Assist in designing marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and referral programs.

Operations & Product Development

• Learn how to manage group tour logistics, air ticketing, visa arrangements, and accommodation bookings.
• Research and assist in developing new travel itineraries and packages to meet evolving market demand.

Leadership Development

• Work alongside senior leaders in decision‑making processes.
• Participate in training workshops, performance reviews, and mentoring sessions.

Customer Engagement

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure high service quality.
• Join tour groups occasionally as a trip coordinator to gain on‑the‑ground experience.
