A design firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled designer to develop and manage creative concepts for residential and commercial projects. The role requires at least 4 years of experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp preferred. Key responsibilities include preparing detailed plans and 3D renderings, coordinating with contractors, and presenting proposals to clients. This is a full-time position with a basic salary range of $3000-$4000, plus commission and bonuses.
Qualificações
- Minimum 4 years of experience in residential and commercial projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Responsabilidades
- Develop creative design concepts and mood boards for projects.
- Prepare detailed layout plans and 3D renderings.
- Select and specify furniture, fixtures, and materials.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress.
- Prepare project cost estimates and timelines.
- Ensure designs comply with safety standards and regulations.
- Manage project schedules for timely completion.
- Present design proposals to clients and manage revisions.

- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure design accuracy, and resolve on-site issues.
- Prepare project cost estimates, quotations, and timelines.
- Ensure all designs comply with safety standards, building regulations, and company guidelines.
- Manage project schedules to ensure timely completion and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Present design proposals to clients and handle revisions based on feedback.
- Candidate with at least 4 year experience in residential & commercial project are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in AutoCAD & SketchUp is preferred.
