As the Co-ordinator, Operations Services (Attractions) we rely on you to:
  • Provide a pleasant, safe and fun experience for all guests and visitors
  • Handle ticketing and retail operations
  • Handle ad-hoc guests and visitors' queries
  • Set and maintain service standards
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure service delivery is of the highest standard at all times
