Visual Arts Centre (VAC) is Singapore’s leading art studio and gallery, offering professional art courses, corporate team bonding events, and large-scale creative workshops. We host exhibitions, public art programmes, and art jamming experiences for schools, companies, organisations and community groups.
We are looking for passionate, proactive interns to join our team and support the planning, coordination, and execution of our growing range of art events and workshops.

As an Art Workshops & Programmes Marketing and Operations Intern, you will gain hands‑on experience managing creative events, assisting art instructors, and supporting the smooth delivery of workshops and programmes. You will work closely with the events team to ensure that every workshop runs efficiently, professionally, and creatively.

• Assist in preparing and setting up materials for art workshops (acrylic, watercolour, batik, digital art, etc.)
• Support instructors during classes and workshops
• Help manage participant flow, registrations, and attendance
• Ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees
• Provide hands‑on help during corporate team bonding events, holiday programmes, and large group workshops

• Assist the team in planning event timelines, logistics, and workshop requirements
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and clients when neededPrepare workshop kits, props, and materials
• Support event scheduling and administrative tasks

• Take photos and short videos during workshops for social media and documentation
• Assist with studio organisation, inventory, and material restocking
• Help develop content ideas for workshop highlights and programme promotion
• Support exhibitions, gallery events, and public programmes where needed

• Passion for art, creative events, and hands‑on experiences
• Energetic, positive attitude with strong communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with children, teens, adults, and corporate groups
• Responsible, organised, and able to work independently
• Willingness to assist with physical setup and workshop logistics
• Able to work on weekends when events are scheduled
• Bonus skills: photography, videography, design, basic art techniques
