We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Marketing Executive to help us create engaging visual content to captivate our audience and bring our brand to new heights.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, blog posts, and advertising assets such as posters
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads
• Assist in managing social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking
• Assist in the planning and execution of events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
• Support the conducting of market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the baby and kids clothing industry

Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in direct-to-consumer products
• Proficiency in use of photo and video editing programs, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects
• Basic photography skills would be a strong plus
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and content creation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
