Job Description
Event Marketing Strategy
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for our global events, in particular, the Singapore FinTech Festival and Insights Forum.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, partnerships, operations, and content, to align marketing efforts with event objectives.
- Identify target audiences and craft compelling narratives that resonate, driving engagement and registrations.
Campaign Management
- Email Marketing:Develop and execute email marketing campaigns designed to engage and convert. This includes creating segmented email lists and targeted messaging.
- Social Media Strategy:Lead the creation and implementation of social media campaigns and content that drive event awareness and engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Content Creation and Management:Create engaging content such as videos, interviews, and promotional materials. Manage onsite photography and videography to capture key moments and create compelling visual content.
- Digital Marketing:Work closely with performance marketing and marketing operations teams on paid campaigns and website content.
- Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Work closely with the content and creative teams to produce engaging marketing materials, including videos, adverts, brochures, and more.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance using a data-driven approach to constantly optimise the campaign.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience with a proven track record of hands‑on experience executing successful campaigns for large‑scale events.
- A Critical Thinker:Ability to evaluate complex situations, make informed decisions, and devise effective solutions.
- A Problem Solver:Capable of identifying challenges and developing creative and practical solutions to overcome them.
- A Storyteller:Skilled in crafting compelling narratives that engage and inspire target audiences.
- Email and Social Media Expertise:Strong hands‑on experience in both email marketing and social media strategy, with a proven ability to drive engagement, registrations, and ROI through these channels.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration:Experience working within cross‑functional teams, including sales, partnerships, operations, and content, to align marketing efforts with event objectives and ensure cohesive execution.
- Industry Knowledge:A keen interest and understanding of the FinTech and Financial Services industry, its trends, and key players is preferred, but not mandatory.
