As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising performance-driven digital marketing campaigns designed to drive high-quality leads for individuals seeking career support and career development.

What you will be working on:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and optimise performance-driven campaigns across multiple digital channels (search, display, social media, and owned channels like eDM, SMS, and Telegram). The goal is to drive leads for individuals seeking career support and career guidance, encouraging them to engage with and sign up for various initiatives and programmes.
  • Performance Marketing: Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics. Continuously refine campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc to drive conversions, reduce costs, and improve CTRs and CPLs.
  • A/B Testing & Optimisation: Experiment with creative assets, landing pages and audience segments, constantly improving performance and refining digital strategies to ensure success.
  • Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Leverage data to identify target audiences and create tailored campaigns that drive optimal engagement and results.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as content and product teams to produce relevant assets, as well as external partners to ensure campaigns are performance-driven.
  • Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI while executing cost-effective campaigns.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyse and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to inform future marketing initiatives and management decisions.
  • Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, ensuring our campaigns remain cutting-edge and effective.
What we are looking for:

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with experience in lead generation campaigns targeting individuals seeking services or programmes.
  • Proficient in using marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and CRM tools.
  • Strong experience with SEM and implementing pixels via Google Tag Manager for integrated campaigns.
  • Good A/B testing skills and experience with SEO (a plus!).
  • Exceptional campaign management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.
  • Excellent at collaborating with external agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • A creative problem-solver with a data-driven mindset and an eye for optimising performance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a good understanding of web design, usability, and application architecture.
