About the role

Commerce.sg is a performance marketing and content production company.

We are looking for a junior Creative Lead to support our team with end-to-end content creation – from ideas and planning, to shooting and editing.

You’ll get exposure to shoots, clients and creators, and learn how social-first content is produced for platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

Key responsibilities
  • Help plan and develop content ideas, hooks and concepts for social media and ads.
  • Support pre-production work: simple scripts, storyboards, shot lists and basic logistics.
  • Handle camera work during shoots (mirrorless/DSLR/phone), including framing and basic lighting for vertical content.
  • Edit videos for TikTok/IG (cuts, sound, basic colour, text and simple graphics).
  • Work with editors, designers and producers to make sure assets are delivered on time.
  • Help review content performance and test different versions (hooks, cuts, thumbnails).
  • Assist in maintaining creative file organisation and improving production workflows.
  • Support and guide interns or junior creatives on simpler tasks when needed.
  • Any other creative or production-related duties assigned by the Director.
What we’re looking for
  • Candidates with strong interest in video production, social media and digital content.
  • Hands‑on skills in video editing (e.g. Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, CapCut, etc.).
  • Basic camera skills: operating camera, framing shots and simple lighting for social content.
  • Active user of TikTok/IG Reels with a feel for what content works.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with different people (internal team, creators, interns).
  • Organised, dependable, and able to handle a fast‑paced, changing environment.
