Responsibilities:
Corporate SyteLine –Super User for Product Admin Modules
Provide global support for SyteLine (SL) system upgrades, testing, validation, and deployment specifically for Product Administration modules (BOM, ECN, DA, Product Code, etc.).
Work closely with the Global SL Team to troubleshoot issues, identify enhancement needs, and implement optimized workflows across all regions.
Act as the functional expert for SL Product Admin modules, ensuring configurations align with business requirements and best practices.
Project Deployment - Support New Product Setup for new site / new business
Conduct training and provide user support for new site / new business deployment activities.
Global Process Governance & Standardization
Develop clear documentation, SOPs, and training guides to support consistent adoption across regions.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in using ERP system and has good understanding of NPI, ECN, DA, BOM and Assembly
Instructions.
Possess project management experience.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Able to deliver tasks within tight timelines and under pressure.
Able to travel for project support and site deployments.
Able to support during odd hours, during project phases across different time zones.
Require strong collaborative mindset, to work within or cross-functional teams.
